This is a letter from B. J. Thompson to T. A. Potter who has called attention to the German activity occurring in Winnebago County. He is nervous about the situation and feels there has been nothing done about pertaining patriotism. He also inquiries about the situation dealing with the Food Administration. He is trying to gather a number of best men in each county to go over these predispositions of the Food Administration and looking at the matter as a whole to make it work more efficiently. He feels it is the only way to get this movement anywhere within the state.
